Tramonti e Valli is a farmhouse located 500m from the medieval village of Poggio di Otricoli, 12km from Narni.
From it it is possible: to see a breathtaking view of the lower Tiber Valley, to experience evocative sunsets, to spend relaxing days in contact with nature, with the smells and flavors of our Verde Terra.
It is an excellent starting point for visiting Umbria.
Tramonti e Valli is a house that can accommodate a total of 11 people, and is made up of two apartments, each of 90 square meters on two floors.
It has a large terrace, a garden, a farmyard, and a small patio.
It has a shared Finnish tub, which can be used by reservation.

Tramonti e Valli is not equipped with air conditioning. Being a stone house it is quite cool, and in summer you sleep quite well. However, each room is equipped with fan
2 / Shared tub
The tub is equipped with a hydromassage and is shared between the two apartments, to allow this it is necessary to warn the host one hour before use, in order to proceed with the sanitization procedures and water cleaning. The use of the tub is included in the price of the stay.
